1. Who we are

This Platform is operated by Inchub Polokwane (Pty) Ltd (FloFund product suite — flofund.co.za), the Responsible Party under POPIA.

2. Information we collect

• Account info: email, display name, avatar.
• Trading data: strategies, bots, signals, backtests, trade history, broker tickets.
• Uploaded content: images, PDFs, spreadsheets, chat messages.
• Technical: IP, device, log/usage data.

3. How we use it

To deliver the Platform, run your strategies, train our learning models on aggregated/anonymised data, secure the service, comply with law, and (with consent) send product updates.

4. Sharing

We share data with sub-processors strictly to operate the Platform: cloud hosting, database, AI gateway, broker bridges, payment processors. We never sell personal data.

5. Security

Row-level security, encryption in transit, isolated secrets storage, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure — please use strong, unique passwords.

6. Your rights (POPIA / GDPR)

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and may object to processing. Email privacy@flofund.co.za.

7. Retention

We retain account and trading data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal, audit and dispute purposes.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and minimal analytics for product improvement.
